Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Individual Sessions: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the session fee.

  • Workshops/Events: For workshops and events, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event will not be refunded, but you may be able to reschedule for a future event based on availability.

  • Sara Leopard reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any session, workshop, or event. In such cases, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to rebook for another date.

Sara Leopard provides a range of professional services, including individual therapy, couples therapy, and workshops. Please note the following:

  • Services are designed to support sexual wellness, intimacy, and personal relationships.

  • Sara does not specialize in recent trauma recovery but can provide referrals to appropriate professionals who can offer specialized care.

  • Clients must actively participate in sessions to achieve the best possible outcomes. Results vary and are influenced by personal commitment.

  • Any discomfort or concerns during a session should be communicated immediately so that adjustments can be made.
