Hi! I’m Sara

As a qualified sexologist, and passionate advocate, I believe that true empowerment comes from a deep connection—to yourself, your body, and the people in your life.

With over 15 years of dedicated experience in sexual wellness, Sara’s journey began with an 8-year career in the adult industry before transitioning into advocacy, education, and consulting. .

Sara's approach is rooted in the belief that deep connections—to yourself, your body, and others—are essential in life. It’s this focus on connection that drives her work, whether she's guiding clients through sexual health concerns or facilitating transformative workshops. For her, connection is the “kink” that underpins everything she does, helping others to experience richer relationships with themselves and the people in their lives.

With a degree in sexology and extensive certifications in counselling, Sara's expertise continues to evolve. She is currently deepening her knowledge through postgraduate studies in couples therapy, adding even more layers to her already comprehensive understanding of intimacy and sexual well-being.
